LALJI FOUNDATION is a Non-Government Organization. The purpose of this foundation is to help peoples in different groups especially those with special needs Also this foundation already have Registration with the Government at the District level and Regional level. The foundation is based on the Education, Health, and Economic sectors. Lalji Foundation decided to support Children and youth who need to be fitted with Prosthetics and Orthotics at CCBRT hospital.
AIM
LALJI FOUNDATION supports Children and youth who need to be fitted with Prosthetics and Orthotics at CCBRT hospital.
OBJECTIVES TO SUPPORT CHILDREN AND YOUTH
- To help them continue in good health and continue going to school
- To help them get prosthetic limbs
- To help them get orthotic organs.
- To make them feel like other people.
SPONSORSHIP
The main sponsor was LALJI FOUNDATION which donated money of 14,655,000/= million shillings to support Children and youth who need to be fitted with Prosthetics and Orthotics at CCBRT hospital. The children were eleven in number.
The CEO of CCBRT Hospital, Brenda Msangi was very grateful to the Lalji Foundation for sponsoring children who did not have money to get prosthetic legs and also the Doctors at the Hospital were very grateful to the Lalji Foundation for supporting children in need of Organs. This event was conducted on 6th Sept 2023 in Dar es Salaam CCBRT Hospital.
The chairman of Lalji Foundation, Imtiaz Lalji urged other institutions to come forward to help the hospital because there are still 800 people in need, they have not been given the service of auxiliary organs because they do not have money.

- CCBRT Hospital proposes six months for monitoring and evaluation to know the development of children and youth.
- Hospital leaders asked other institutions to provide help because the patients still need help.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Monitoring and evaluation will be formed by LALJI FOUNDATION in collaboration with the Hospital leaders will be responsible for the coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation work. The benefits of doing Monitoring and Evaluation help to understand the output of the project.
