LALJI FOUNDATION is the foundation that deals with many activities. The purpose of the foundation is to help people in different groups especially those with special needs, the foundation already has registration with the Government at the District level and the Regional level. For this time, the foundation is based on the Education, Health, and Economic sectors. LALJI FOUNDATION decided to support in Health Sector by helping people with eye problems by testing and performing cataract surgery on them.
The main sponsor is LALJI FOUNDATION, which donated 10,000,000/= million Shillings to help people get eye services. The people who prepare this event are LION INTERNATIONAL and ROTARY CLUBS. This event was conducted from 2nd March up to 6th March in Kahama District Hospital. This service was provided by MAJEY SMART VISION in Kahama District Hospital.
OBJECTIVES
- To help people with eye problems, see a doctor and discover the problem.
- To get eye treatment like medicine and glasses.
- To help people undergoing eye surgery.
The steps taken as followed
- People get registration first before going to the Doctor.
- People see a doctor to find out what their eye problem is.
- People get medical treatment and get glasses.
- People are undergoing eye surgery.
- People get the awareness of eye protection.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Monitoring and evaluation will be formed by LALJI FOUNDATION in collaboration with the LION INTERNATIONAL AND ROTARY CLUBS will be responsible for the coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation work. The benefits of doing Monitoring and Evaluation help to understand the output of the project.
